Hi there! I'm Jana Cook from JC Coaching. Beyond being a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend, I'm here to support you as a coach, and I'm so glad you stopped by. I've experienced burnout not once, but twice in my career, so I understand the intense challenges that many of us face—whether as employees, leaders, or entrepreneurs.
My journey to coaching came from a genuine drive to help others. With nearly 20 years in corporate leadership and HR, I’ve gained insights and perspectives that I want to share with you. As a certified coach, member of the ICF, and ACC candidate, I’m here to walk with you as you navigate your unique path. Looking forward to exploring what’s possible together!
Burnout is can be sneaky, complex, and tricky to navigate solo. That’s where I come in! As a Coach, you can expect me to ask lots of questions (sometimes hard and a bit uncomfortable), support you, share different perspectives, give you ideas when needed and always cheerlead for you. I'm not a doctor or therapist, and will recommend different experts when needed. I blend proven tools and thought-provoking questions to unlock new possibilities toward your goals. And of course, I think it’s important to have some fun along the way!
